Let's Talk

Phase 1 — Immersion (Weeks 1–2)

I get access to everything — CRM, deal recordings, knowledge base, board decks. But most importantly, I talk to people. The best information comes from the frontline. I don't observe from a distance. I ask "where can I help today?" and start delivering value immediately.

Phase 2 — Pattern Recognition (Weeks 3–4)

Patterns start emerging. I'm reviewing calls, sitting in on demos, validating assumptions against the data. The picture of what's actually happening — versus what everyone believes is happening — comes into focus. I'm still coaching, still helping, still in the work.

Phase 3 — Diagnosis (Month 1)

I bring what I've learned back to the team. Pressure-test ideas. Socialize findings before they become formal recommendations. The diagnosis is collaborative — not a deck dropped from on high. Most engagements start with a problem you know about and expand to problems you didn't.

Phase 4 — Build (Months 2–3)

This is where change happens. I build alongside your team — not hand off a plan. Quick wins anchor credibility while bigger shifts take hold. Implementation isn't a handoff. The people who have to run the system help create it. That's why it sticks.

Phase 5 — Sustain (Ongoing)

I scale back intensity. Stay connected to monitor results, answer questions, course-correct as needed. The goal is a system that runs without me — and a relationship that continues.

What makes this different from other consultants?

Most consultants separate discovery from delivery — they observe for weeks, produce a deck, then hand off recommendations. I deliver value while I'm learning. The assessment isn't a phase. It's woven into the work itself.

Who do you work with during an engagement?

Everyone. I build relationships with your frontline people, not just the person who hired me. That's where the real information lives — and that's why my changes stick. I'm not imposing from above. I'm co-creating from within.

What types of engagements do you take?

Every engagement is custom, and I'm willing to build the right thing for the right reason for the right person. Browse the site for details, but my secret sauce and experience come when you're down, when you need a channel ecosystem, and things just work.

What happens if you find problems I didn't hire you to solve?

I'll tell you. That's why you hire me — to find what others can't or won't. Most engagements start with a problem you know about and expand to problems you didn't. If that's not what you want, I'm probably not the right fit.

How do you handle confidentiality?

What I learn stays with you. I don't share specifics about your business, your team, or your challenges. The trust required for this work only works if it's protected. And sure, if we need an agreement to formalize that we can go that route too.
